Booking An Appointment

Welcome to the Family!

PLEASE READ ALL the following information carefully to ensure there is no confusion when booking your appointment.

 

I service ages 3+

No spectators allowed during your service.

Your hair must be a minimum of 4 inches throughout to be serviced.

 

Scheduling

  • We are closed Sundays and Mondays. If needed, there will be an extra $75 emergency fee (nonrefundable).
  • All appointments require a $25 deposit.

  • Appointments over $100 will require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, which goes toward your service. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of service via Cash, Credit, or Debit. 
  • Please indicate what color braiding hair you want when booking.

SHAMPOO, DEEP CONDITION & HAIR ARE INCLUDED IN BRAID PRICES**

 

  • Arrive with hair completely detangled and down. If your hair requires detangling before service, this will require more time, resulting in an additional $50 detangling fee. 
  • Once you book your style and length, there will be a $25 convenience fee to make adjustments (Additional to the difference if the new style is priced higher).
  • There will be a 15-minute grace period, 16 minutes or more will result in a $20 late fee. After 30 mins please reschedule. This will result in a loss of deposit. (I understand life happens, please communicate with me if you are running late or need to reschedule/cancel.)
  • If dropping off your child PLEASE PICK THEM UP ON TIME. I will text or have your child text/call and let you know when to come. If not, here in 30 minutes, there will be a convenience fee of $50 for babysitting.

 

Hair is provided for ALL BRAID EXTENSION SERVICES, if you choose to bring your own hair, my prices will REMAIN THE  SAME.

 

NO REFUNDS. However, if you have any issues with your style, you will have 5 days to contact me so that arrangements can be made to fix it.

 

 

 

Disclosure: I reserve the right to photograph all work for demonstration purposes.  If you are uncomfortable with taking pictures, please disclose this at the arrival of your appointment.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  • Appointments must be rescheduled/cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service in order to transfer your deposit.
  • If something comes up and you need to reschedule, you will be able to TRANSFER DEPOSIT ONCE, if you cannot make your rescheduled appointment, you will lose your deposit and be required to pay a new one. 
  • No call no show will be charged for the entire service scheduled. You will need to pay for the appointment missed and the next appointment upfront in order to book again.
